A Pontházzal szemben egy apró, virágos térre bukkanunk. A korábban az áruházáról Centrum térnek nevezett tér 2004-ben vette fel Keresztury Dezső nevét, amikor is az író születésének 100. évfordulója alkalmából felavatták a róla készült mellszobrot, Szórádi Zsigmond alkotását. A közterületet 2025 végén hozzácsatolták a Széchenyi térhez, így korábbi elnevezése megszűnt.

Gegenüber dem Pontház stoßen wir auf einen kleinen, blumenreichen Platz. Der Platz, der früher nach dem dort einst befindlichen Kaufhaus als Centrum-Platz bezeichnet wurde, erhielt im Jahr 2004 den Namen Dezső-Keresztury-Platz, als anlässlich des 100. Geburtstags des Schriftstellers eine von Zsigmond Szórádi geschaffene Büste eingeweiht wurde. Ende 2025 wurde die Fläche dem Széchenyi-Platz angegliedert, womit die frühere Bezeichnung aufgehoben wurde.
Opposite the Pontház, we come upon a small, flower-filled square. Formerly known as Centrum Square after the department store once located there, the square was renamed in 2004 to Dezső Keresztury Square, when a bust of the writer—created by Zsigmond Szórádi—was unveiled on the occasion of the 100th anniversary of his birth. At the end of 2025, the public space was incorporated into Széchenyi Square, and its former name was thus discontinued.
