From the bar and the open terrace just below, a wonderful panorama of the town and the Zala hills appears each hour every day. In fine weather one can even catch sight of the Ság and Somló hills or the arms of the Alps in the distance. The tower is note-worthy furthermore since it is one of only four TV towers that are open to visitors in Hungary – the other three are in Pécs, in Miskolc and in the Mátra mountains, at Kékestető.
