In 2014, the Birds’ forest educational path at Alsóerdő (leisure forest outside the town) was created in order to the tourist can get to know the nesting and migratory birds of Hungary. On this 1200-metre-long meandering path, 11 large scale, colourful information boards were placed, on which we can read about the fowls.

Besides these boards, large sized birdhouses and differently sized rots were displaced by forestry experts. So if we are smart and vigilant enough, we are able to have an insight into the lives of the birds. This educational path is suitable for family and school trips either, because in this beautiful surrounding we are able to rest and gain some new experience at the same time. Besides these characteristics, the passage can function as the heart of school curriculum because students during their environment and biology classes can gain some new knowledge about the worth of nature.
